Abstract

In order to make the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) successful in managing the organization with excellence, it is essential to create an understanding of management strategies and practices. To prepare to deal with the changing situation that will happen in a timely manner. and respond to consumer needs. This research aims to 1) study the level of strategic management plans.
