Abstract

In recent years, the home appliances industry has undergone significant transformations driven by digital disruptions. These disruptions encompass technological advancements that are reshaping how products are marketed, sold, and experienced by consumers. From the rise of e-commerce and social media to the integration of smart technologies and data analytics, digital innovations are redefining consumer expectations and business operations. Various market trends, such as cloud technology, the rise of artificial intelligence, the accelerating adoption of the Internet of Things, growing social media influence, and the introduction of innovative small household appliances, are all contributing to the growth of the household appliances market. Here, we are exploring how digital approaches influence marketing trends. This study does not focus on a single product but encompasses major home appliances, such as smart home devices, that fall under the same umbrella. We utilized data mining techniques to support this study and applied detailed analysis to reach the conclusion that digital disruptions are pushing companies to adopt more sustainable practices and transparent communication, reflecting a growing consumer preference for eco-friendly and ethical brands.
