Abstract
This paper aims to examine the objectives of the Potsdam Conference and assess its impact on the postwar world order. It also explores how the conference contributed to the establishment of international organizations like the United Nations and its role in resolving key differences among major powers. The paper further elucidates that, although the Potsdam Conference was unable to address all challenges, its resolutions significantly contributed to the establishment of postwar peace, security, and stability. Furthermore, the paper highlighted that how unintended consequences of the conference's shortcomings ultimately proved beneficial for numerous nations.
