Abstract
This paper explores the transformative potential of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 on legal education in India, examining its alignment with the Scheme for Trans-disciplinary Research through Higher Education Institutes for National Development and Entrepreneurship (STRIDE) and initiatives by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
